The ever evolving engine technologies and the stricter regulations requiring changing specifications, will put pressure on motor oil companies and automobile car manufacturers to update their formulations to meet the latest requirements. Amsoil has once again led the way and found the most innovative solutions to the new requirements.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Why the new specifications?<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The n<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">ew industry standard regulations that specifically targets fuel economy and emissions have pushed the automotive industry to develop and implement smaller, more efficient engines. With direct injection (GDI) and turbochargers now being employed in new automobiles to meet the rising corporate average fuel economy (CAFE) standards, the PCMO industry is forced to follow and that creates new burdens on motor oil manufacturers.
